GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

The terms of sale are valid between the users of the www.aesti.ee website and online store (hereinafter the ‘customer’) and Aesti Skincare OÜ registry code 12767764, address Vaarika tn 1-13, Tallinn, Harjumaa, 10614 (hereinafter the ‘seller’).

TERMS OF SALE

The terms of sale apply to all persons who conduct a transaction in the seller’s online store and thereby with Aesti Skincare OÜ, the owner of the shopping environment.

The seller’s activity is in accordance with the European Union legislation and the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

The prices of the products sold in the seller’s online store are indicated next to the products. The delivery fee will be

added to the price.

The amount of the delivery fee depends on the client’s location and the method of delivery. The products ordered from the seller’s online store will be delivered within Estonia.

The amount of the delivery fee is displayed to the customer during order finalisation.

Information about the goods is displayed directly next to the goods in the seller’s online store.

The payments in the seller’s online store are settled in euros.

In the seller’s online store it is possible to pay for goods via bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay. Bank links are provided by Maksekeskus AS.

The seller is the controller of personal data and transmits personal data which are necessary for making payments to the processor Maksekeskus AS.

Order finalisation

Choose the product you wish to order. If you want to add the product to your cart, click on the link “Add to cart”. You can see the contents of your cart by clicking on the cart icon in the upper-right corner of the online store.

If you want to use a discount code, you can enter the code into the corresponding box in the cart and click “Apply discount code”.

Make sure that all the desired products are in the cart.

Fill in all the fields marked with a red asterisk on the contact form. Please be careful when placing an order, as the timely and smooth delivery of the products you have purchased depends on the accuracy of the submitted information.

Before placing the order, you must confirm that you have read and accept our Terms and Conditions of Sale and Privacy Policy.

You can choose the delivery method on the checkout page.

Select a suitable delivery and payment method from the dropdown menu.

When you click the link “Place order”, you will be redirected to the payment gateway via the bank link you selected and can pay for the order. After you have completed the payment, be sure to click on the link “Back to merchant”. This will promptly inform us that you have made the payment.

Once we have received your order, we will send an order confirmation to your e-mail address. Should it be necessary to specify any details, we will contact you by phone or e-mail.

The contract of sale enters into force from the receipt of the amount payable on the bank account of the seller.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to being out of stock or for any other reason, the customer will be notified at the earliest opportunity and the received payment (including delivery costs) will be returned to the customer as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days from sending the notice.

Delivery

Goods purchased from the online store are delivered in Estonia.

Delivery costs shall be borne by the customer and are indicated next to the delivery method.

Before payment, the customer chooses a delivery method that best suits their needs.

The seller posts the goods according to the delivery method chosen by the customer.

When the customer’s order has been received, the goods will be shipped on working days until 2 p.m. Orders placed at the weekend will be shipped on the next working day.

Shipments within Estonia are generally delivered to the location specified by the customer within 2–5 working days from the entry into force of the contract of sale.

Goods ordered from the online store will be delivered to an Omniva, Smartpost or DHL parcel machine.

Right of withdrawal

After receiving the order, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into in the online store within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal persons.

The returned goods must be free from defects, sealed in the original packaging and unused. Products with open packaging, a removed label or with signs of use cannot be returned.

To return the goods, the customer must submit a declaration of withdrawal to the e-mail address info@aesti.ee no later than within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The customer must bear the costs of returning the goods, except in cases where the reason for the return is

that the returnable product does not comply with the order (e.g. a wrong or defective product).

The customer must return the goods within 14 days of the submission of the declaration of withdrawal or submit evidence that

they handed over the goods to the carrier within this period.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, the seller shall return to the customer, immediately but no later than within 14

days from the receipt of the application for withdrawal, all the payments received from the customer under the contract.

The seller has the right to refuse to refund the customer until the goods which are the object of the contract

have been returned or until the customer has provided proof that they have sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest.

The seller has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and require the customer to return the goods if the price of the goods was marked significantly below the market value of the goods due to an error.

Right to file a complaint

The seller shall be liable to the customer for any defects and non-conformities of goods with the terms of the contract which existed at the time of delivery.

If a defect is identified, the customer has the right to contact the seller no later than within 60 days by sending an e-mail to the address info@aesti.ee.

The seller shall not be liable for defects that have arisen after the delivery of the goods to the customer.

If goods bought from the online store have defects for which the seller is liable, the seller shall replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be replaced, the seller shall refund the customer for all costs incurred under the agreement of sale.

The seller shall not be liable for any incorrect information submitted by the customer, due to which it is impossible to fulfil the order, or for any consequences of such failure.

The seller shall respond to the complaint submitted by the consumer in writing within 14 days.

DATA PROCESSING AND DIRECT MARKETING

The seller’s processing of data complies with the relevant legislation of Estonia and the European Union.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions of the contract, the customer gives their clear and conscious consent to the seller for the processing of their personal data.

The seller is the controller of personal data and transmits personal data which are necessary for making payments to the processor Maksekeskus AS.

The seller uses the personal data submitted by the customer (incl. name, telephone number, address, e-mail

address) to process the order, make the delivery to the buyer and analyse customer preferences.

The seller retains the customer’s bank account number to refund payments to the Customer.

The IP address and other network identifiers of a user of the seller’s online store are processed for providing the online store service and for producing web usage statistics.

In order to have the goods delivered to the customer, the seller needs to transmit the personal data to the delivery service

provider.

The seller processes personal data with the consent of the customer and on the basis of an agreement concluded with the customer. The customer has the right to withdraw his or her consent by notifying the customer support by e-mail info@aesti.ee.

Upon closure of a customer account, any personal data shall be deleted, unless the retention of the data is required for accounting purposes or for the resolution of consumer disputes.

For the customer account to be closed or the personal data to be erased, customer support should be contacted via e-mail info@aesti.ee A response to the request for erasure will be provided within 14 days.

The seller will send newsletters and offers to the customer’s e-mail address only if

the customer has entered their e-mail address on the website and expressed their wish

to receive direct mail messages.

The customer will be able to opt out of e-mail offers and newsletters at any time by

notifying us by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.

Protection of personal data

 

 

The seller implements all necessary measures for the protection of the customer’s personal data. Access to the customer’s personal data for amendment and processing is only provided to authorised persons.

Submitted personal data are stored on veebimajutus.ee servers which are located within the territory of the Member States of the European Union or countries that have joined the European Economic Area.

Access to submitted personal data is granted to the employees of the online store for resolving technical issues related to the use of the online store and for providing customer support.

The seller is the controller of personal data and transmits personal data which are necessary for making payments to the processor Maksekeskus AS.

The seller is the controller of personal data and transmits personal data which are necessary for the delivery of the goods to the service provider chosen by the customer. The processors are Eesti Post AS, Itella Estonia OÜ and DHL Estonia AS.

Personal data shall be available for accessing and amendment in the user profile in the online store. Personal data related to purchases made without a user account shall be accessible via customer support.

Cookies

 

The seller uses cookies technology on its website to collect information. By using the website, the customer accepts that the seller uses cookies.

Settlement of disputes

Any complaints that the customer has regarding the seller should be e-mailed to the address info@aesti.ee.

By using the online store, you confirm that you understand and agree to the terms. 

Projekti lühikirjeldus: Aesti Skincare OÜ tegeleb Eesti terviseturbast looduskosmeetika arendamise ja tootmisega. Starditoetuse abil teostatakse turundustegevusi. Projekti eesmärk on üle-eestiline brändi ja toodete tuntuse kasv läbi turunduskommunikatsiooni ehk tarbijates tähelepanu ja huvi äratamine ning ostusoovi tekitamine läbi erinevate turundustegevuste. Projekti tulemusena on viidud ellu turundusplaan ja loodud 2 uut töökohta. Projekti kaasrahastab Euroopa Regionaalarengu Fond. Toetuse summa on 14959,84 eurot.

Projekti lühikirjeldus: Arendusprojekti üldine eesmärk on suurendada ettevõtte konkurentsivõimet läbi eelduste loomise uuenduslike ja kõrgema lisandväärtusega toodete väljatöötamiseks ja turustamiseks nii sise- kui välisturgudel. Arendusprojekti konkreetseks eesmärgiks on innovaatilistele tehnoloogilistele lahendustele tuginedes töötada välja spetsiifiline kosmeetikatööstuse tooraine töötlemise tehnoloogia. Projekti tulemusena on valminud on spetsiifiliselt kosmeetikatööstuses kasutatava seadme eel- ja põhiprojekt, lisandunud uued tootegrupid, kasvanud ettevõtte konkurentsivõime ja ekspordipotentsiaal.
Projekti kaasrahastab Euroopa Regionaalarengu Fond.
Toetuse summa on 13990,2 eurot.
