Return and delivery policy
DELIVERY
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment has been received.
Delivery within Estonia usually takes 1–5 working days depending on the chosen shipping method. International delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
Products are delivered through Eesti Post (Omniva), Itella SmartPOST, or DHL. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s chosen option.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
RETURNS
You have the right to return products purchased from our online store within 14 days of receiving the order.
Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@aesti.ee, indicating your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for sending the item back.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will issue a refund within 14 days to the same payment method used for the purchase.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us immediately at info@aesti.ee and include photos of the item. We will replace it or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
