The terms and conditions of sale apply to users (hereinafter referred to as the Client) of the website and online store www.aesti.ee and Aesti Skincare OÜ, registration code 12767764, address Vaarika tn 1-13, Tallinn, Harjumaa, 10614 (hereinafter referred to as the Seller).

TERMS OF SALE

The terms of sale apply to all persons who make a transaction from the Seller’s online store and thereby make a transaction with the owner of the shopping environment Aesti Skincare OÜ.
The Seller’s activities are in accordance with the legislation of the European Union and the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
The prices of the products sold in the Seller’s online store are indicated next to the products. The price is subject to an additional charge for the delivery of the goods.
The delivery cost of the goods depends on the Client’s location and the delivery method. It is possible to order goods from the Seller’s online store within Estonia.
The delivery fee is displayed to the Client when placing the order.
Information about the goods is presented directly next to the goods in the Seller’s online store.
Payments in the Seller’s online store are made in euros.
It is possible to pay for the goods in the Seller’s online store via bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay. Bank links are provided by Montonio.
The Seller is the controller of personal data, and the Seller forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Montonio.

PLACING AN ORDER

Select the product you wish to purchase. If you wish to add the product to your shopping cart, click on the link “Add to cart.” You can view the contents of your shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the online store.
If you wish to use a discount code, you can apply it in the shopping cart by entering the code in the appropriate box and clicking the “Apply discount code” button.
Check that all desired products are listed in your shopping cart.
Fill in all the fields marked with a red asterisk in the contact form. Please be careful when placing your order, as the accuracy of the information you provide determines the quick and trouble-free delivery of the products you purchased.
Before submitting the order, it is mandatory to indicate that you have read and agree with our sales and privacy terms.
You can select the delivery method on the checkout page.
Select the appropriate delivery method and payment method from the drop-down menu.
By clicking on the link “Place order,” you will be directed to the payment environment of the bank link you selected, where you can pay for your order. After making the payment in your internet bank, be sure to click on the link “Return to merchant.” This way, we will quickly know that you have made the payment.
Once we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation to your email address. If there is a need to clarify the order, you will be contacted by email or phone.
The agreement enters into force from the moment the amount payable is received in the Seller’s bank account.
If it is not possible to deliver the ordered goods due to the goods being out of stock or for any other reason, the Client will be notified as soon as possible, and the paid money (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 30 days from the date of the notice.

DELIVERY

The goods purchased from the online store are delivered within Estonia.
The delivery costs of the goods shall be borne by the Client, and the relevant price information is displayed next to the delivery method.
The Client chooses the preferred delivery method before making the payment.
The Seller sends the goods to the desired location in the manner chosen by the Client.
Domestic shipments generally reach the Client’s designated destination within 2–5 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract.
The goods ordered from the online store are delivered via Omniva parcel machine, Smartpost parcel machine, or DHL parcel machine.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

After receiving the order, the Client has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Client is a legal person.
The returned product must be free of defects, in unopened original packaging, and unused. Products with opened packaging, removed labels, or signs of use cannot be returned.
To return the goods, a declaration of withdrawal from the purchase must be submitted and sent by email to info@aesti.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Client, except in cases where the reason for the return is that the item to be returned does not correspond to the ordered item (e.g. wrong or defective item).
The Client must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal application or provide proof that the goods have been handed over to the carrier within the mentioned period.
Upon receiving the returned goods, the Seller shall immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal application, refund to the Client all payments received under the contract.
The Seller may refuse to make refunds until the goods that are the subject of the contract have been received back or until the Client has provided proof that the goods have been sent back, depending on which occurs earlier.
The Seller has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the Client if the price of the goods in the online store has been mistakenly marked significantly below the market price of the goods.

RIGHT TO SUBMIT A CLAIM

The Seller is responsible for the non-compliance or defect of the goods sold to the Client that existed at the time of handing over the goods.
In case of a defect, the Client has the right to contact the Seller within 60 days by sending an email to info@aesti.ee.
The Seller is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the goods have been handed over to the Client.
If the goods purchased from the online store have defects for which the Seller is responsible, the Seller will replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be replaced, the Seller will refund all fees related to the sales contract to the Client.
The Seller is not responsible for the failure to fulfill the order or any consequences arising therefrom due to incorrect data provided by the Client.
The Seller will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing within 14 days.

PROCESSING OF DATA AND DIRECT MARKETING

The Seller’s processing of data complies with the applicable legislation of Estonia and the European Union.
By agreeing to the terms of the contract, the Client gives clear and informed consent to the Seller for the processing of their personal data.
The Seller is the controller of personal data, and the Seller forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Montonio.
The Seller uses the personal data entered by the Client (including name, phone number, address, email address) for processing the order, sending the goods to the buyer, and analyzing customer preferences.
The Seller retains the Client’s bank account number for making refunds to the Client.
The IP address or other network identifiers of the Seller’s online store user are processed for the purpose of providing the online store service and compiling web usage statistics.
The Seller transmits personal data to companies providing transport services in order to deliver the goods.
The Seller processes personal data based on the contract concluded with the Client and the Client’s consent.
The Client has the right to withdraw consent by notifying customer support via email at info@aesti.ee.
Upon closing the Client account, personal data are deleted, except in cases where such data must be retained for accounting purposes or for resolving consumer disputes.
To close the Client account and delete personal data, the Client must contact customer support via email at info@aesti.ee. The deletion request will be answered no later than within 14 days.
The Seller sends newsletters and offers to the Client’s email address only if the Client has expressed such a wish by entering their email address on the website and indicating their desire to receive direct marketing messages.
The Client may at any time unsubscribe from offers and newsletters sent to their email by notifying the Seller via email or by following the instructions included in the email containing the offers.
The Seller is the controller of personal data, and the Seller forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Montonio.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The Seller takes all precautionary measures to protect the Client’s personal data.
Access to the processing and modification of the Client’s personal data is granted only to persons authorized for this purpose.
Personal data are stored on the servers of veebimajutus.ee, located within the territory of the Member States of the European Union or countries that have joined the European Economic Area.
Access to personal data is available to the employees of the online store who can view the data in order to resolve technical issues related to the use of the online store and to provide customer support services.
The Seller is the controller of personal data, and the Seller forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Montonio.
The Seller is the controller of personal data, and the Seller transmits the personal data necessary for the delivery of the goods to the service provider chosen by the Client. The authorized processors are Eesti Post AS, Itella Estonia OÜ, and DHL Estonia AS.
Personal data can be accessed and corrected in the user profile of the online store. If the purchase was made without a user account, personal data can be accessed through customer support.

COOKIES

The Seller uses cookie technology on its website to collect information. By using the website, the Client agrees that the Seller uses cookies.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If the Client has any complaints regarding the Seller, they must be sent by email to info@aesti.ee.
