Privacy policy

Aesti Skincare OÜ (registry code 12767764, Vaarika tn 1-13, Tallinn, Harjumaa) processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to explain how and why we collect, use, and protect personal data.

DATA WE COLLECT
Customer-provided data such as name, email address, phone number, postal address, bank account number, as well as technical data related to orders and website usage (e.g. IP address and cookies), are collected in order to provide services, fulfill orders, and analyze user experience.

PURPOSE OF DATA USE
Personal data are used to process and deliver orders, provide customer service, manage and refund payments, conduct direct marketing only with the customer’s consent, and compile website usage statistics.

DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY
Personal data are retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of collection or to meet legal obligations. Access to the data is restricted and processed only by authorized personnel. Data are stored on servers located in the European Union or European Economic Area countries.

DATA SHARING
Data are shared only with third parties necessary for the provision of services, such as the payment solution provider Montonio and shipping companies like Eesti Post AS, Itella Estonia OÜ, and DHL Estonia AS. Data are not transferred or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

DIRECT MARKETING AND NEWSLETTERS
Marketing messages and newsletters are sent only if the customer has given explicit consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time either via the link provided in the newsletter or by writing to info@aesti.ee.

CUSTOMER RIGHTS
Customers have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of their personal data. They may also withdraw previously given consent for data processing and file a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.

ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION
If a customer wishes to close their account and have their data deleted, they must notify us via info@aesti.ee. Requests are responded to within 14 days. Personal data are retained only if necessary for accounting or resolving potential consumer disputes.
